Intellectual Property: All of BGFit code has been released under an Open Source license, and as such it can be reviewed and used as far as the license allows. However All data is owned by each user.

Privacy: We will never use or sell any user email or additional information. We use google analytics to keep track of BGFit usage, but it cannot be tracked to individual user.
